By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing without registration, creating an account or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety, together with the Platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. The Platform is not directed at persons who cannot lawfully enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

One account per person is permitted. The Platform employs verification processes to detect and prevent duplicate account registration. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using aliases — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share account access with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

You must notify the Platform immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Contact support via the Help Center. The Platform cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where reasonable security measures were not taken by the user.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the cashier terms published by the underlying Operator. The Platform references common Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational context only. None of these payment providers are affiliated with, endorsed by or in a commercial relationship with 88zh in connection with gambling services.

Payment method availability in the cashier at any given time is determined by the Operator and may change without notice. Users should verify the currently available deposit and withdrawal options directly in their account cashier before initiating any transaction.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator. Illustrative figures used on this Platform (e.g., PKR 1,000) are examples only and do not constitute guaranteed cashier thresholds.

Where real promotions are made available through the Platform, the following general conditions apply unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus at 30x requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying stakes.
• Maximum Bet Rule: During an active bonus, bet and stake sizes per round or selection are typically capped (e.g., PKR 300 per spin). Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the Operator's official sportsbook and gaming rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, match abandonment procedures and maximum payout caps. The Platform does not set or override these rules.

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international bilateral series, domestic T20 competitions, football leagues, UFC and other live sports — are subject to market-specific rules determined by the Operator. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Operator's rules explicitly permit a cash-out option at that point in time.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the Operator's live betting rules. Connections lost during live bet placement are the user's responsibility.
• The Operator reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or arising from clear system errors.
• Casino games (slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live dealer) are governed by the respective game provider's RTP, volatility and paytable rules. RTP figures, where stated, are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may impose loss limits over defined time periods to cap potential losses within a session or calendar window.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications can be set to alert users when a defined play-session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from gambling during which account access is restricted. The user may return after the cooling-off period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: A more permanent restriction tool allowing users to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Operator.
• Money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime conducted through or facilitated by the Platform.
• Facilitating or encouraging any third party to engage in any of the above activities.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, including but not limited to jurisdictions that have explicitly blocked access to online gambling platforms.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to the 88zh brand name, logo, design elements, written content, images, software and user interface components — are owned by or licensed to 88zh. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the user.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent. Temporary local caching by your browser for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88zh and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses or winnings disputes arising from the underlying Operator's services.
• Technical failures, server downtime or connectivity issues preventing access to the Platform.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, banks or cryptocurrency networks.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user failed to maintain reasonable account security.
• Any reliance placed on content published on the Platform, including illustrative bonus examples or payment method guides.

88zh reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may close your account by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
